We received a timely call back from David which was pleasing but the conversation went downhill from there. He immediately brushed us off and referred us to Stanley Steamer. David stated they had better prices and he was booked out with an obscene amount of time uncharacteristic for carpet cleaning. We were never quoted a price. The call experience was brief and cold. This left us perplexed and unsettled. In disbelief, we phoned a friend to help confirm our suspicions. This friend has a more accepting name and voice we suppose. Our friend was able to get pricing and immediate availability for carpet cleaning. It's dissappointing in the year 2025 that we can still be discriminated upon via phone for a simple service considering the state of this economy; especially considering that our payment, like anyone else's, is equally valid.

I called Zimmerman's in a panic on Tuesday morning needing emergency help and they really delivered. Thursday morning two vans arrived to my rescue and made my carpets white again, all odor and stains gone. I also had my area rugs, hardwood floors, tile floors in bathrooms, and the upholstery on my sofa cleaned. Everything smelled so fresh and clean and dried within a couple of hours. They are so courteous, professional and efficient, and they also give you a bottle of spot remover with their service. I am a repeat customer and would highly recommend them to anyone. Side note: This was my first experience with having my hardwood floors professionally cleaned and I was amazed with the results.
