My carpet looked so bad, I'm embarrassed to even show any before photos......lol... The high traffic areas looked like a garage floor. Hernandez Carpet did a wonderful job. I had my carpet cleaned on 3/21/22. I waited a few days to make the review because I thought that the spots may return and I did not want to give a review prematurely. Boy was I wrong....., the carpet is still spotless and looking and smelling great. I love my home again....especially the carpet. The price was reasonable, they arrived on time and were dressed appropriately. The quality of work was outstanding and the professionalism was the best. Awesome service--great customer service overall and the quality if the work was par none. We called 24 hours before we needed the service(moving out of apartment; needed carpets cleaned to assure security deposit back) and they were on point. Two gentlemen showed up and got right to work setting their equipment up, once one was working the steam cleaner they grabbed me to pay their office: $60 worth every penny; if I hadn't watched them work if have thought they put down a new carpet. They were a little late to the 4 hour time frame they gave me and when I called Hernandez at 10mins to the end of it the young lady put me on hold and before She even got back to me the guys in the field were already calling me to say they'd be there in 15. Called a week ahead of time to reserve the time. I was very up front that I had a Sofa and a love seat. Obtained a quote. When the gentleman showed up to do the cleaning, the price he had was 70 dollars more as he said the inital quote was only for the sofa. There was discussion when I called in about the size of both the Sofa and Loveseat, so they were indeed BOTH discussed. Hernandez Carpet Cleaning from Greensboro NC IS a very very very UN PROFESSIONAL Carpet cleaning service. The employees who cam to my home were very sincere and were also honest in telling me that the Unit they were using was not working properly and the Water used to clean my carpet wasn't getting hot enough to clean down deep and as a result my carpets which looked great after they finished began to smell real bad once they began to dry. I noticed this and called the company in Greensboro and was told if I wanted another treatment it would be charged at the same regular price. Their equipment was not working properly and they felt that since I didn't ask them to do anything special during my service call there was nothing they can do, so as a result I paid to have my carpets cleaned but was told that the carpet may (and it did) smell when it dried. I never heard of this and the Managing team with Hernandez carpet cleaners refused to even address my concern. Management expressed very clearly unless I wanted to pay them to come and re do the carpet cleaning that I should consider calling someone else if I wasn't happy with their service................... I was left speechless. .................. It would be my very serious suggestion that you use another reputable company which is backed and stands by it's work like Stanley Steamer cleaners or for that matter any other company who guarantees its service and does in fact stand behind its guarantee read more
