I also explained that we were running on a tight timeline as we were prepping our home for sale and were looking to put it on the market within one week. Jay sent me the quote promptly, and it outlined the cost of each component. Once I was able to speak with our realtor, we decided to change the scope of our project slightly. Jay was receptive to the change and provided an updated quote. While I had received a few different quotes for this project, it was an easy decision to go with Clear Advantage Landscaping.
