Gil & his father (also Gilberto) are professional, diligent, reliable and do exacting work. They've become very busy since I first used them, so don't despair if it takes a while to get on their calendar, they are worth the wait. I had them do a loose gravel barrier around my house which also entailed burying downspouts and directing them to an easement drain behind my neighbors property. I then had them carry the gravel to the back yard for a loose stone patio extension and it all came out fantastic! I still have plantings to do but as I haven't determined exactly what I want, I'm waiting until Fall to have them come back and fill out the rest of the project. I definitely recommend them, even if it takes some time. Patience will be rewarded, they are my go to guys for all things landscaping from now on!

Job started, In at 9 and leave at 11, in at 10 leave at 2, no show 2days. At the end of the 10th work day (Uri) and 33 hrs. on job I called super for help (Omar). After the 13th day I gave up on the idea of bath b and I called the main office for help (Bryan & Christina) and asked please come out and just look at the job being done here and tell me if this is the quality of work you represent. Omar finally came out and said I can't believe this and this will have to be redone. They were having trouble scheduling and we had our spring vacation coming up so we gave them the keys to the house and said we will be back on this day it's all yours. Returned home Sunday afternoon at 4 (one week on vaca and 6 weeks after job start) and Troy is loading up his tools. The main room is 90% and at this point I'm happy with that but I walked into the bath and nothing had been done there to finish, the same as (Uri) left it, missing base board molding, unfinished drywall. Though I hesitated I am a man of second chances. Tim contacted me, wanted me to remind him of the job so he could make sure he was quoting the right thing. I did and he sent me a message quote. I ended up allowing them to the do the work not because they were the cheapest but because of the explanation of what needed to be done and how they would do it. The main issue was that I had some leaks and needed some roof repair. I also asked for some gutter guards as well. I was given a date and they showed up promptly. The main guy on site was great and kept me informed of the process. A second crew came to do the gutter guards and they do did a good job and was very quick also. During the roof repair, as the guys were walking, a couple planks were busted which caused more leaks. There was no way the crew would have known this at the time but when I realized it I called Tim back and he scheduled a time to have the crew return. Again they showed up promptly, repaired those areas and was gone in a very quick time.

They even had to add topsoil in the contract and still don't care that they stole my hard-earned money and didn't give me what was promised or what was written on the contract. They also was supposed to add a fungal treatment and a moisture management treatment after the installation of the sod and the rep who was the project manager didnt even have a clue that was on the contract. Apparently the project manager doesn't even get a copy of the contract. I posted this review because I don't want them to take advantage of anyone else like they have done me. They simply don't care about the homeowner getting a great job, they only care about getting the money and getting out of their. Do not trust these guys...
