It's a remote location for people who want to hear some other people other than their dogs howling or getting disturbed by a cat purring on your lap! No kids! No kids! It's an office space, has a fridge in the common area. Sometime the printer goes down! But hey! That's the joys of an office! Great place... food, theater and people all nearby!

The good: the local staff is attentive…read more The bad: they are not given the ability or responsibility to handle anything. Right now, there is no internet. They were notified on a Sunday. The corporate office did not call anyone until Tuesday. A tech is supposed to look at it on Friday and the parts probably will not be here for another week. Just to repeat - an office complex - no internet. There's internet to the building - not in the building. In past years, the A/C has been out for days during the summer. At least it's not hot in Mississippi in August. Renewal is struggle because they try to raise the rents 20-25% a year. I would rather have a root canal than deal with their corporate office.
