For example, we have a very active Malinois mix who frequently bounces off the screen door to be let in, scratching the existing Plexiglass. After considering heavy duty screening to prevent damage to the Plexiglass (vetoed because it would obstruct the view out), Roger came up with covering the existing Plexiglass with another sheet so it could be more easily replaced when we decide to sell the house. He replaced the door hinges, refinished all of the scratched wood & the screen door looks & works wonderfully. Roger is a bit OCD about the quality of his work & I'm very thankful that he is. My husband & I were both amazed at what Roger charged for the quality & amount of work he did. We will definitely be calling him when we need more work done!

He was cheerful and professional, made sure he understood exactly what I wanted, and answered all my questions. He did a wonderful job, and I am very happy with the results of his work. He even cleaned up after himself! I will definitely be calling him again for repair or remodeling projects. THANKS Dalcinco!

When you hire Craig from TrimLogic for a project, you're not hiring a contractor, but a master…read morecraftsman's. His work is incredible and stunning. I needed a custom breakfast nook built in our condo to accommodate the needs of our growing family. I shopped around a LOT and got a wide range of estimates, ideas and time frames, none of which suited our budget or needs. (Not to mention, very few contractors had examples of their work to look over.) Fortunately, I stumbled upon TrimLogic and was impressed with the pictures posted and his reviews. Craig replied to my inquiry immediately and was able to provide a reasonable estimate (especially considering the level of his work). I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and he was able to work with my design and improve it! He added the little details that really made this piece shine like matching the moulding, add little extras, installing soft shut hinges and appropriate finishes. He convinced me to stain the bench top to match my cabinets and leave the base and wainscotting white. What a brilliant idea! The bench visually flows into my kitchen cabinets without overwhelming the area with all white or all wood. He thought of all the things that I didn't even know I should be concerned about. Craig was a very respectful of my family and home during the installation process. The majority of the bench build and painting/staining occurred offsite. This meant less mess, noise and smell in my house. Craig arrived on time (or would text me if running late) and he always cleaned up every day! He was conscious to protect our walls, hardwood floor and even the outdoor area where he worked. He even worked around my toddler's nap schedule and kept the noise to a minimum during that time. I don't need to sit here and describe the quality and beauty of his work. You can see & read this for yourself in the pictures and reviews on Yelp, Facebook and his website. I really appreciated his communication promptness; he always responded to me immediately. Also, he managed his time and budget extremely well. He gave us an installation date (and length of time) and did not run over nor did he underestimate his budget. Finally, he took pride in his work and his company and made sure the process and end product lived up to his standards. My only warning? Act fast ... he books up quickly!! Thank you Craig and TrimLogic for our beautiful breakfast nook. We can now all sit down together for dinners and connect as a family. You can't put a price on that!

They also communicated every step of the way! Alex was the lead project manager, both times, and is friendly and professional. Forrest completed some handy work for me, adding the finishing touches to my freshly painted project and allowing for me to love the final product even more! I may have found a lifelong partnership with this paint and carpentry business. They covered the hard wood floors and were boot covers. He did three closets in about 5 hours. It made it seem simple but the hard work is completed in his shop. the cutting to fit and building the prior to installing to make sure everything is a go! So by time he's onsite it's no issues! Andrew walked us through the process and we couldn't be more happy! I highly recommend! Next job is our kitchen island. Thanks for a great job.

From the beginning, we never intended to work with Andrew on a full kitchen remodel. This is why we…read morehad him revise the original contract, explicitly changing the scope from a full remodel to strictly non-buildable design development. We hired him and his designer solely to draft the plans. We had no obligation to move forward with remodel portion of our project. The "time and materials pre-construction work" was supposed to reflect the non-buildable design details discussed 3 separate time including at our group meeting with the designer. The plans delivered didn't match the design elements we talked about several times for the "time and materials" contract. Andrew describes the design process, "He'll (speaking of the engineer) likely want to take that (plans that Andrew's designer creates) and do a site visit as well to specify the required beams/posts." So he was very aware that we wanted the beams and post redone and mocked up the plans. "(Andrew's designer) will build the model on her computer while we're there and we can talk through it and see it as we iterate on design decisions." Which didn't happen but we were flexible and assumed we didn't need to micromanage the mock up and they would act on good faith to deliver the plans with the details we discussed. Andrew isn't being honest here - We emailed 3 times and talked to him on the phone to state that we would provide feedback and address invoice as soon as possible for we had a family issue come up. We paid the invoice less than 2 months after you sent the invoice - Invoice sent 9/11 and paid 11/7. By email, he stated he can be somewhat flexible with payment dates. As well as on the invoice it states "no rush on our end". By not disputing the quality of the delivered work, Andrew clearly acknowledges that the blueprints lack the detailed specifications we repeatedly outlined in three separate meetings. Rather than correct the errors with integrity, he intended to charge an additional 7.5 hours just to fix mistakes in the original plans. That's unacceptable--we hired Andrew to deliver the correct plans from the start, not to pay extra for what was already agreed upon. We just want to receive the plans we discussed so we can move forward and update our review to a amicable experience.
