I needed a custom breakfast nook built in our condo to accommodate the needs of our growing family. I shopped around a LOT and got a wide range of estimates, ideas and time frames, none of which suited our budget or needs. (Not to mention, very few contractors had examples of their work to look over.) Fortunately, I stumbled upon TrimLogic and was impressed with the pictures posted and his reviews. Craig replied to my inquiry immediately and was able to provide a reasonable estimate (especially considering the level of his work). I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and he was able to work with my design and improve it! He added the little details that really made this piece shine like matching the moulding, add little extras, installing soft shut hinges and appropriate finishes. He convinced me to stain the bench top to match my cabinets and leave the base and wainscotting white. What a brilliant idea! The bench visually flows into my kitchen cabinets without overwhelming the area with all white or all wood. He thought of all the things that I didn't even know I should be concerned about. Craig was a very respectful of my family and home during the installation process. The majority of the bench build and painting/staining occurred offsite. This meant less mess, noise and smell in my house. Craig arrived on time (or would text me if running late) and he always cleaned up every day! He was conscious to protect our walls, hardwood floor and even the outdoor area where he worked. He even worked around my toddler's nap schedule and kept the noise to a minimum during that time. I don't need to sit here and describe the quality and beauty of his work. You can see & read this for yourself in the pictures and reviews on Yelp, Facebook and his website. I really appreciated his communication promptness; he always responded to me immediately. Also, he managed his time and budget extremely well. He gave us an installation date (and length of time) and did not run over nor did he underestimate his budget. I asked them to put two TVs above my fireplace mantles. Our personal handyman saw their trucks all…read morearound and was quoted $200 per hour for two men over the phone. They spent two hours here. We were charged $700 plus $22 for extra "parts fees" for additional equipment needed. Everything required for the installation were in the box. How absurd. I asked for 2 to 3 inches above the first mantle where the edge of TV will land. They started on the second TV installed before they even asked me to see how the first one looked. If even to ask after the first rack was installed in the wall to say "your TV edge will land right here." I checked out the first one... way too far above the mantle. I stated they need to drill that first rack at 2-3 inches lower, they stated to me "it'll cost you extra." I said fine. So we agreed a second time the television needs to be just 2 to 3 inches above the mantle. Again, second TV, 5 inches above the mantle....The first TV was completely loose and I advised them the adjustment needs to tighten up, it's all loosy goosey. One of them told me you could not tighten it. I asked them, is that what it says in the user manual? No reply. They went back and said they "found how to tighten it." The installer said "each one of these racks is different so they're really hard to work with." Really? Well the receptionist on the phone who misquoted the actual job amount said that their installers do TVs "all day every day." Our Handyman and I aregoing to lower the second TV a couple inches without their help, I just wanted them out of my home. Our personal handyman contacted them and was able to bring the $700 bill back down to $400 as was quoted over the phone. And one more thing, one of them had not showered that morning. Old sweat is disgusting! These folks have a lot of nice signage on their vans of Mr.Handyman in the neighborhoods, but they have untrained individuals in the office and in the field. Buyer beware!

What we loved most about dealing with Clear Choice Windows & Doors was the personalized service we received. They have a large selection of window frame materials to choose from and our choice of fiberglass was an easy one. It was explained to us that fiberglass windows are stronger than both vinyl and wood, making them incredibly resilient to weather and climate -- perfect for PNW homeowners. From start to finish, our team of window installers provided friendly service, excellent craftsmanship, and it took only two days to install the 10 new windows in our home. Before, during and after, the team cleaned up and kept the work site tidy at all times. There was minimal damage to our landscaping as well. We can feel a definite difference in the inside temperature of our house since the new windows were installed. Our AC doesn't seem to work as hard and it takes less time to cool off in the summer and to heat in the winter. After that honest and quick communication I decided to try again for a repair I needed to a kitchen drawer. This time the response, again fast, was a yes and a time was offered. The service provider called on his way and arrived within the window. He was able to fix the drawer very fast, having time to do some sanding for me afterwards. He was very sensitive to our home and his work, use of the time purchased, was very efficient and his overall work could not have been better ! He was GREAT !
