It took them 3 1/2 hours to move all our worldly belongings from a storage unit into our new home, and that includes a half hour drive from one place to the other! For the record, it took our other movers more than 8 hours to move us into that same storage unit. The crew was fun and friendly and no one ever stopped moving. I actually told them to slow down at one point! I stood back and directed and they got everything into its new home. They all came in to thank us when they were done, and offered to move anything that we didn't like its placement. Seriously a good service.

When you call, Adam is very polite and assures you that they will handle everything. However, there was no pre-inspection. They showed up with a truck that couldn't fit everything out of a two-bedroom apartment. They even ran out of packing tape and used my decorating tape instead. They left an entire room full of stuff behind. They don't know how to pack a truck properly, so I had to hire another mover. When I called them, they promised they could return in a week to pick up the remaining belongings. I had to be out in two days, and they said they would give me a partial refund, but that was a lie. They didn't mark the boxes, broke and chipped furniture, and just dumped things into boxes. SCAM

They quoted us 6 hours initially. Even though their services were slightly pricier than others, they definitely made me feel more comfortable going with them compared to other movers in the area. On the day of the move, they called me ahead of time to confirm I want the move that day given that it was raining. They were flexible in moving an hour ahead until the rain was done.
