But I didn't have much choice since, apparently, this is the only laundromat in town. Decided to bite the bullet. There were 4 machines for 7kg loads, 2 for bigger loads, and 2 big dryers. They all seemed clean enough and in order. You can only pay cash. Paying and using the terminal thingy was pretty straightforward and there were instructions in english on the wall. 5,5CHF to wash a up to 7kg load and 2CHF to dry it for 8 min. The floor could use a little mopping, but it wasn't terrible. Overall, was able to wash and dry my stuff satisfactorily, just wish it was possible to pay with card, but would use this facility again if necessary.

I was not able to locate my clothes in the pick-up area, despite receiving a notice that they had been dropped off. I contacted On My Way and I could not be happier with their response! They were able to confirm delivery, then contacted my employer and were able to produce a photo of my clothes, confirming they were right where they should be. I'm not sure if I just missed them (I did look at EVERY label multiple times), or if someone grabbed the wrong bag then returned it, but within a day I am reunited with my shirts and and super-impressed by the customer service attitude at On My Way. Their attention to detail has always been great and now I know if I do have an issue, it will be addressed promptly and professionally. Customer for life.
