This was going to be a temporary decal as he took dimensions to provide some custom options. Well, I called Friday and spoke to Jeremy. I told him my concern and he stated he'd have John call me back. Well, it's Saturday and still no call. What a stand up guy. Both the owner, Mr. Kim and Robert have decades upon decades of experience, which is very important. Sometimes the customer doesn't exactly know what he/she is asking for, or what the finished product is going to look like. That's where their experience comes in and they explain to you all of the capabilities and limitations, and how all of that will affect the finished product. My experiences with other places is that they do exactly what you ask for, provide no expertise, and when the finished product is all jacked up, they blame you for it. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied of how everything came out. I will most definitely come back to give them my business.
