The young woman who did the piercings was quick and made the whole event of having needles jammed through my body a pleasurable one. I'm sure the fact that she is smoking hot helped with that but doesn't seem to be relevant to her piercing skills. They charged less than other shops in the area and did a clean job. I easily get infections from piercings but it's been 3 days now and everything is healing nicely. A testament to their cleanliness and quality of materials. All in all, while I can't comment on their inking skills, I'd say this is a shop worth visiting.

My artist, Cory Bob, had a guy who walked in showed him a photo of a truck and WHAM 4 hours later it was on his arm, on IG, and it was stunning. As for me, i go where i am the canvas and let my artists take the wheel. I saw their work at the philly convention 4 maybe 5 years ago and i was hooked. this being one of my 'bucket list' shops, I was very pleased with the concept we came up with. tattoo #35 was only a few hours and his color work was awesome. ( i haven't posted a picture cuz i don't want anybody getting any of my ideas lol) They take walk ins from how it looked. I posted photos of my "before" - the birds Bean tattooed - and the "after" - my cover up. There was no way I was going back to have this shop fix what they had messed up. Glad I found a new artist. We keep it clean and did what we were supposed to but the ear ring went into her ear lobe and I had to take her to urgent care to get it out. Needless to say was a complete waste of money for that to happen, my daughter was so disappointed. They need to be educated on not making sure the ear ring is long enough for that person's lobes. I wish they would have been honest about how much we were going to have to wait, but I don't think they even knew. We were ready to go into the room after she said they were ready for us next, but then a they had a different party go back into the room. They also added on piercings while they were back there! They should move them back to the appointment list if they are going to add on more and take up more time. The Nurse was so sweet, but we will not be going back.

I walked into a Rowan in Lexington, KY yesterday. I was turned away at the door after waiting 15…read moreminutes to get inside. There were six people there and they did not "feel" like staying late. They never asked if I had an appointment. This is my second time trying to go get pierced. Once with an appointment and once without. Customer service is key in situations. Please advise the staff at that location to treat customers a bit better.
