So I booked a double appointment for the following week and was in and out in exactly 23 minutes. All in all I spent $2000 for two 52-minute appointments. I wanted professionalism and was completely taken advantage of. This is the breakdown of everything she SAID she did in those 52 minutes. Upon arrival to the appointment she was took back to receive the service she booked. Never once before or during the appointment was it mentioned that my wife wouldn't not receive the $50 touch up, that she needed a full powder brow appointment. It wasn't until the appointment was over, she was met with a bill of $328. This was obviously a shock to her as she expected to pay $50. When asked, why the price had changed so much, she was only then told that she didn't receive the touch up but a full powder brow appointment. She paid. After she came out, I went in for a further explanation on how a professional doesn't communicate to a client that the price would not be what she expecting. I was only told that it'd been too long for a touch up and she needed the full service. Again, why was this not communicated before the appointment. We reached out to the owner Chantel to let her know of the situation. Even stating we were not looking for a refund. Just that we wanted the situation to brought to light so it wouldn't happen again. Once Chantel wrote back, it was clear she was only going to defend her employee, which is understandable. But she did state if Kaitlyn (the professional) had thought it needed to commentated it would have been. Never should a professional assume that a client should know everything. Especially when the client books an appointment for $50 and the actual cost was going to be $328. Never once did Chantel apologize for the situation or even remotely try to make the situation ok. 10/10 do not recommend this business at all.

I've used Anne's "services" for about a year now. When I first started going to see her, she was located in a nearby spa/salon. I like this location much better. Anne is a nurse and is very professional. She is originally from California and is a Yelper herself. The first time that I went to see her I had a lot of questions and I was quite nervous. I think that she spent about an hour explaining the process and the expected results. She also does laser hair removal and I think that the price is the most reasonable in town. There is another lady at this location, her name is Susan, she does the spray tans, facials and more of the spa end of the business. I've never used her services, but my friend raves about her... so she's definitely on my radar. If you're thinking about starting what I call maintenance, this place is the best of the best.

Unlike most places that charge per session, where you buy a package of sessions for a price, they charge by the body area. You pay for that part of your body, and you get as many sessions as you need until you're satisfied, and if it ever grows back (rare, but not impossible with laser), come back and they'll zap it again! The prices are quite reasonable, especially given the pricing structure and what comparable care from another place would give. They're always friendly and nice there, and make each visit a pleasure.
