They were very honest, and told me that one of the lamps, although old, was fine and didn't need anything replaced! The 2nd lamp only needed a new socket, and the 3rd lamp only required a new plug! In addition to being honest, they were able to replace both the plug and the socket while I waited (huge for me since I work the same hours they do...). We heard about Mission Bungalow from our good Ole Pal GOOGLE, after typing in the search bar, "furniture stores near me", while sitting outside Raleigh Raw Juice Bar & Cafe, eating our sushi burrito and drinking our berry smoothie. Upon completion of our lunch, Google maps, without fail, guided us to Mission Bungalow's exact location. After walking into the store, we were immediately greeted by Mark, the owner. We let Mark know that we had been doing some minor research on bedroom sets but could not find what we wanted. After listening to us describe our style and what we wanted, he began to show us their gallery. Mark was extremely kind and patient with us, especially since our indecisiveness and ADHD was in full swing, going out of his way to make sure we had what we were looking for and explaining all the different designs and styles, especially with the different woods and stains. He was straight forward and honest with the time frame at which products are being delivered and when we would expect our new furniture. We were definitely there past closing time, and really appreciated the time Mark gave us. Mission Bungalow is true to their word.

It was a ceiling light (one of multiple items purchased) that had a coloration issue that was difficult to see in the store. The staff did not do an adequate job of calling out that the sale was final. I should have asked given that it was a floor model. Nonetheless, given that the staff member assisting me was encouraging the purchase of the floor model, I feel like I was lead astray. I was more than willing to pay a restocking fee and/or an up charge for ordering a new version of the damaged piece. However, the "solution" offered by individual I spoke with was to try to "sell it on e-bay". This is not the kind of service/partnership that I am looking for when making a purchase such as this.
