Fermentary Trail location was beautiful inside of an industrial warehouse looking room with a large roll up door giving the entrance an open room feeling in a decent neighborhood with just the right amount of décor to make it pleasant & interesting.
We sat at a barrel on the sidewalk just outside the location where a pleasant gentleman was possibly providing security even though the street had very few pedestrians on it.
No loud music was being played while I was there, which is not common at many of the breweries I've been to in 9 Latin American in the last 2 months.
They serve a variety of styles of been on tap as well as bottles & cans to go.
I had the West Coast IPA which was great & 2 of their Barleywine Ales which were outstanding!
They have great personal pizzas & some other fine looking pub foods, I really enjoyed my pizza & even though they are small, they are very high quality with just the right amount of char on the crust which I enjoy.
They do quite a few barrel aged beers which are sealed with a thick coat of wax & I'll be returning to take some home with me.
There is a selection of high quality merch, shirts, hats, glasses, etc & they are all extremely friendly & helpful staff who spoke enough English for this lame gringo to be informed when I had questions.
They allowed me to purchase kibbe from across the street & eat it at their location no problem & when I saw the bartender leaving on his bicycle he was very gracious to stop & make sure we were enjoying our time there.
