Very poor operation and wouldn't recommend to anyone new to this business because there's clearly a priority customer system that you're not made aware of until you sit down and have to wait 1.5 hours.

Apparently you have to sign in but they just let my kids sit there and wait without letting them know. When they did finally get signed in they let other people go in front of them saying they had appointments. Fell as though they take advantage of kids. Also we called to make an appointment and they said it would be be extra. Asked if they would be busy right when they opened and they said yes. Didn't make an appointment and got there when they opened and believe it or not no one was there and my son got his hair cut right away. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Did wait a long time, even after putting my name on the list, 1 1/2 hour earlier. And mind you I was not feeling good after working in the hot sun today. By that time, I just wanted to get it over with. I explained about cutting it short, leaving top a little longer, tapered side, and block in the back. What they used to call a Businessman Cut. I was hot and tired and frustrated so I paid my bill tipped because I'm a good guy. When I got home, everyone in the family told me how bad it looked and how bad the cut was. I was just too tired to go into it. No professional stylist should allow a customer to leave with that bad of a haircut. Exact quotes from family and friends. I was a new customer. Very bad experience all along. If you can't cut hair, please don't experiment on peoples head. We have to go around with your bad job skills showing the world.
