I emailed the company regarding an estimate. Got back an email saying they would be out to see me in two days between 9 - 10 am. At 11:15 no show and no call! This is where I slap myself and say, should have dropped them right there!! So they come the next day about 1 hour late, look at the job and hand me a nice binder with the proposed price. No business card just a flyer with the father's information on it. They can do the work today right away!! I say no, I will call you ... which I do three hours later. I tell them I would like them to do the job, when are you available? They say we can be there tomorrow around 1 pm. At 2:17 pm I text and ask are we still on for today? 30 minutes later ... "Yes the installer should have been there ... i will call him. Ok! At 4:15 pm I text him, "was I supposed to call the installer?" No response! At 4:45 pm I call ... goes to VM! Totally shocked they did not want to talk to me. I mean how rude of me to call and text asking for an explanation. What kind of a jerk must I be? I mean really! The nerve of some people. All I did was hire a company to do a job (that they claim they do) and then sit at home for 4 hours waiting. I mean really who do I think I am to expect this company to communicate with a customer, and show up when they say they will or at least call to say you are running late. This company should be avoided. They are totally unprofessional in my opinion. I would also not put much faith in any warranty! A company that acts this bad won't be around very long.

It's an older two story with a couple of one story additions. Multiple peaks, valley and hips. A fairly complex roof for gutter design and installation. Sebastian and his guy did a beautiful job of both the design and the installation. And all in a single day. The gutters and downspouts look fantastic and are placed in a way that gives efficient drainage from all of the roof surfaces to the downspouts and away from the home.
