I was blown away on how nice everyone was while I was there because nowadays that is hard to find. I did, however, have another stylist do my 10-year-old daughter's hair and I thought it was a $50 cut wash and blow dry but was charged an extra $25 for 15 minutes over the hour mark "because her thick hair". My problem is that she did not even start my daughter's hair at our appointment time. So those extra 15 minutes shouldn't have been charged to me. It would've been nice if she mentioned the extra charge as well instead of just smiling and saying her hair is so thick as she continued to thin it. She did a great job on my daughter's hair but shouldn't start late to do someone's hair and then charge them extra time for going over the hour without asking if I want you to take the "extra time". It was just a bit frustrating.

I originally was going to get highlights and after talking about it with her she suggested ombre and I was so hooked on the idea! When she was done... It looked really uneven... but I don't like to complain or anything and she seemed so happy, so I figured it might look better when I can play with my hair and stuff... I got home and took pictures and it was WORSE than I thought! From the back the blonde was diagonal, on the left the blonde started at my ear and on the right it was below my shoulders.
