A few concerns. No church meetings to disclose or discuss church finances and accountability. Some questionable practices, very low accountability among leadership. Most people who attend are awesome. Leadership has a "don't question authority" boomer issues. Hense, no financial accountability. They just hang a paper on the cork board... No deacons, the board is just 2 other pastors... 8 families have left in under a year. 2 due to disagreement of teaching children's ministry. Whi h could have had an easy resolution, whi h leadership is not equipped to handle. We're leaving due to same issue. Leadership does not have good communication or conflict resolution skills. Also, apparently, leadership was listening to gossip about me, with out seeking g me out to verify or question information. FOR 2 YEARS! Just be careful. read more
