My mission is to guide spiritually aware, energetically sensitive individuals back home to themselves — helping them release what no longer belongs, realign with who they truly are, and consciously create a life that reflects their soul’s deepest truth. I do this through a grounded, wisdom-led, and energetically precise approach that is rooted in integrity, authenticity, and clarity.
I hold space for deep transformation without enabling, helping others make sense of what feels complicated or chaotic, while empowering them to take full responsibility for their alignment. This vision aligns with my soul’s purpose: to be a clear channel for truth, a catalyst for energetic remembrance, and a frequency keeper of peace, empowerment, and conscious evolution on this planet.
Modalities and techniques used include intuitive healing, shamanic healing, breathwork and craniosacral therapy.
Meet the Business Owner: Diana N.
Diana Nguyen is the owner and founder of Trinity Health & Living. Having spent the majority of her career as a lawyer working in the corporate world, she discovered that her main passion lay in natural therapies (craniosacral therapy and energy medicine) as they had such a profound affect on her life.
She now wishes to bring her passion to help you get back on track in terms of health, looking at you from a holistic perspective (body, mind and spirit).
