Having done 26+2 and hot vinyasa at various studios across the country, I can say his classes are some of the most challenging I've ever encountered--if you want them to be. While his mastery and passion demonstrate what is possible for the human form, he cues the class in a way that is encouraging to beginners and builds on foundational movements; it truly feels like, and is, a class for any body. His lighthearted personality brings a sense of playfulness to the entire experience. One of the older reviews mentions a dungeon-like atmosphere and carpet... the current studio is beautiful, bright, and clean with natural hardwood floors. No showers available and only a single bathroom- the only reason I'd rate it 9.5/10 stars.

I'm personally skeptical of much herbal or "alternative" medicine but was happy to discover that Yasmin's approach was refreshingly practical and professional. She treated my injury and my body as a whole and her body work and massage are amazing! She focused on helping me recover completely and trying to improve my health overall.
