As a parent, the only hope you have for your child is that they are in an environment where they are safe and loved.... our family has received so much more. The teachers do an amazing job and not only does my son come home learning new things, he comes home with a smile on his face. Any parent would be lucky to experience this amazing place. I truly feel like the people at KinderCare are our extended family, and they think the same about us.

Considering that the same teacher that left my daughter in the same diaper all day (6+ hours and…read morethe policy is one hour after arrival and then every two hours), that after addressing this issue another instance with her not being changed happened again, she wasn't offered food just because she was excited and wouldn't sit down at the moment another instance, wasn't dressed properly for extremely cold weather for another, had dried poop on her with no explanation, and got a black eye with having no clue of what happened.....all within a two month span. RUN! I would NOT recommend. The most disappointing thing about it is that the Director maintained this staff member. Now would you have your kids watched by someone that has done these things? If a teacher will do this to one child, they will do it to another. Considering that I was a staff at this center makes this even more appalling. It's extremely disappointing that from upper management that child safety and providing good quality care is not the priority, the very thing that they preach about. A bit of advice....if an instance happen, make them document EVERYTHING! I called and reported them to the staff....and if there is not cold hard proof (and this center does not have cameras) they will lie to avoid being reprimanded by the state. Working in childcare myself.....these things that happened were negligent and many directors would fire a staff having had all these things happen to a child. Just saying. Customer service is terrible above the management at the center. they wouldn't even offer anything for the horrible experience....even though I stayed with kindercare and moved my kids To another center. the very thing I requested ( a discount on learning adventures classes) they wouldn't do and she was nasty about it too. When speaking with the district manager (name starts with B) when i was complaining on how nothing was done, she found herself raising her voice at me telling me "There is no proof". Even though the teacher apologized for doing those things.....right! Smh 0 stars from me.

They not only encourage academic growth, but also kindness, confidence, and a strong foundation in Catholic values. It gives us such peace of mind knowing our son Nathan is encouraged and guided with patience and faith each day.
