We've been looking for a new church home and came here on the recommendation of one of our family…read moremembers. Upon walking in we were greeted with smiling faces. And I was in awe over the size and just everything going on in the lobby area. They have a coffee/tea bar where you can purchase specialty items and food but they also have water, coffee and tea available for free. They have a small store that sells gift shop type stuff and a safe checkin /out kid area where you can drop your youngsters while you attend service. For babies, they have a "cry room" that is available where you can sit with your baby and also be part of service while not being out in the general area. The room overlooks the general congregation area so that you can also take part in live worship. I love the feeling I get when I walk in and hear the beautiful voices singing about God. They have small groups available that you can sign up to be part of. Wednesday nights are teen nights. I believe they have a preschool and elementary school. The pastors family is highly involved in the church--sons are part of the band that plays for worship. The church is upbeat and appealing to all my senses. We've only been 2 weeks now but every visit the Word has spoken to me and I can feel that this is the place I want to continue to come and bring my family. If you can't make it onsite, they even have online streaming of the sessions.

Meaning that there was small groups of people that had there friends, and they never went out to go find new people. Idlewild realized this! So they really started changing there act for new comers although still not the best for new believers I think that this church is great for all ages. (except youth group). Now most of the people at Idlewild are very friendly however the staff on the youth group is mean and unfair. There are not many friendly people in the youth group especially on staff. Although this does make me sad I feel that most teenagers are like this. But when the staff is joining them treating us like the bully's treat us at church, makes God sad. However I still love my church even with there flaws they still have an amazing campus and still by far the best church I have ever been to. Land O Lakes Church of God is a Pentecostal church teaching about Jesus being the Son of God and how he died for our salvation. There is good music. it is good for all ages and accepting of everyone which is the way churches should be. I would give this church 6 stars, if I could. Great job to the whole church team!

Pastor Marc is one of the best ministers I have had the priviledge of hearing. He knows the scripture and delivers it in a way that shows Gods love, mercy and saving grace. It is easy to attend, as it is not large & overwhelming- but comfortable & casual. My child also enjoys the small-sized children's Sunday School.
