A few great areas to highlight,…read moreCelebrate Recovery, Harbor Kids(kid care) , Lighthouse (Students -middle school and high school) , Food Pantry, Pastoral staff, Biblical teaching Celebrate Recovery a nationally recognized program to help those in need it's available on Tuesday nights , absolutely incredible Harbor Kids - the staff is great with all ages and has 3 separate rooms for each age group allowing the kids to be under great care while the parents are in service or at events Lighthouse is great for Students - they have middle school and high schoolers come in on Thursday night to have a place to worship, learn , and fun Food pantry- Wednesday helps the community help with food insecurity, one of the biggest ministries at The Harbor and has been helping families for many years Pastoral Staff - Pastor Dave , Mark, and Matt are incredible all focus their areas of ministry on Biblical teachings Overall a great church that I couldn't be happier to attend. One visit and we knew this was home for us. The pastor even came by my business to pray for me and our business. They have been a steadfast community of faith and support through all the years. We are excited that here, they teach the word of God, without apology, and reach out to the local community and the world through missions, and are here to heal the broken hearted. Meaning that there was small groups of people that had there friends, and they never went out to go find new people. Idlewild realized this! So they really started changing there act for new comers although still not the best for new believers I think that this church is great for all ages. (except youth group). Now most of the people at Idlewild are very friendly however the staff on the youth group is mean and unfair. There are not many friendly people in the youth group especially on staff. Although this does make me sad I feel that most teenagers are like this. But when the staff is joining them treating us like the bully's treat us at church, makes God sad. However I still love my church even with there flaws they still have an amazing campus and still by far the best church I have ever been to. Amazing Christmas Programs, Pastors, Beliefs, People, and fellowship :) PS: We've visited 45 churches around Florida
