I have not rented anything from Chief Rental before and decided to check out a 20 x 20-foot tent. I was hosting a baby shower, and with Covid-19 being a possible threat, I decided to set up outside by my pool. Becky promptly responded to me through email and sent me prices for a selection of tents. She also sent me paperwork to review before I even committed to the rental. I made my selection and am 150% satisfied. The installers were on time, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. They arrived a little bit early which worked out great. The next day they returned to pick the tent up. In and out in less than an hour. Now you can't even tell a party of 25 was here. Amazing! I will definitely use this company again! read more

I cannot say enough fabulous things about Chief Rental! They went out of their way to accommodate a small wedding during the COVID 19 protocols that changed by the day as did the wedding size! Because of the ever-changing state of affairs, the venue had to change 5 days before the wedding and Chief was right there with me helping to pull this off. Becky made sure I had everything I needed and Mark called to ensure that delivery was going to be perfectly timed. I've used them in the past for school functions, but after working with me during this unusual time and being such rock stars, I will use them for all my events going forward. I was very pleased with the mini water slide for my grandson's birthday party. It was affordable and just the right size. I actually did not know Chief rentals even had inflatables until someone recommended them. I had been searching several companies and all the inflatable water slides were just so big and expensive, especially since my grandson is only one. If you have toddlers, I would highly recommend the mini water slide at Chief Rentals. They took care of everything, including the insurance that MJ Community Center required and they had their own water hose too. read more

We rented a "slip and slide" for our July 4th celebration. We had a mix of real youngsters and some "young at heart-sters". Hands down, everyone had a blast. The equipment was delivered and set up on time and with zero effort on our part. Everything worked beautifully. The pick up the next day was just as great. Great customer service! Becky is more than helpful every time I call. I am the GM for Iron House Strength & Conditioning, a local gym. A few times we have needed chairs in a pinch for events.
