They missed deadlines, gave me the wrong information, gave the city the wrong information, gave the insurance company wrong information, and dragged out the process. Prime lending continued to drop the ball and pushed my closing date back nearly 2 months. I was participating in the Jefferson Parish First Time Home Buyer program so there were a lot of cogs that had to go in order. I had to go over the agent's head several times to get anything accomplished. I was very frustrated during this process, which started in July and ended in October. I know home mortgages are not easy, but they should never be this difficult.
