I never used him for services. He seemed nice enough but, the quote he gave me on the work I wanted done was not realistic or reasonable and he also let me know it did not include materials. This made his quote for labor only all the more outrageous. I got several quotes so I know what I'm talking about. Two tiles on our kitchen island were broken during our move. After searching for a repair man, I found Marco. He was very responsive and messaged me quickly. His estimate for the repair was quite reasonable. He and his helper came out and were able to complete the work in about an hour. They made sure to cover everything in the kitchen before they began and did a great job cleaning up after. Marco responded to a request for quote very quickly and showed up on time to take measurements and gather information on the quote which he gave in a timly manor. The problem was that the measurements were fairly crude and not very precise and the estimate for materials was way more than we needed. His quote turned out to be well above the competitive quotes we received. In fact his quote for labor alone was more than the competitive quotes we received which also included labor and materials.
