My concern was with an employee who was talking about jiggling her breasts when requested to by a man behind a desk. I addressed this concern with the establishment requesting training be provided to the employees, who responded to me in defensiveness to my request and a declaration to investigate. Nothing was reported. I was later informed by another customer of theirs that this same employee was nonchalantly bragging about their attempted hacking of accounts adventure, which I relayed to HR. They started harassing us when they couldn't get what they wanted from us, instead of training their employees. The problem that I experienced is that the 6mbps internet that i signed up for worked consistently for about 8 days out of the 3 months I had them before I went with Frontier. After I dropped off the equipment and cancelled my account. I verified that my account was closed. The operator said it was when I dropped my equipment off at the door. I got a charged a late fee for 7$. I never got a call back and tried to talk to someone about this problem. No response. Normal problems I figure not a big deal. Not a reason to write a bad review. Travis the owner lives in Douglas City and personally responded to my complaint on the town FB page in the most childish way possible and made it clear I was on his personal sht list. I now have an account in collections from a 7$ amount to 200$, from an accumulation of 10$ late fees. I just want to save someone else the hassle of having slow to unresponsive internet, it's a necessity and this level of competence running a business shouldn't be allowed. May be a lot better now. cell phone boosters - 400$ ( inconsistent but basically free 10mbps ) 2 stars. one time fee to buy boosters but it helps to get a little 4g.
