As you can see on the JC Higgins site http://www.jc-higgins.com/staff.php. it states Kimberly Robinson as manager. I'm sorry you are having these issue and concerns, I'm well aware of the frustrations my previous residents are going through and it is very concerning. I bought here and the HOA is HORRIBLE! I went on vacation with my daughter and when we came back her truck was towed because you have can't have a car parked in the same spot longer than 24 hours and it had a flat...if you want to go on vacation you have to leave your PROPERTY outside the place of residence! UNBELIEVABLE! I am a single parent who is trying to live the american dream and came back to thinking someone stole my vehicle but it was the association who I pay dues to towed it....The wont reimburse me for the incident because it would be UNFAIR to the other residents.......... The HOA needs to spend more time trying to clean up all the duck poop all over the area that is creating health hazards than the owners vehicles....BTW...the board of directors of TRIOS own the property so they don't care about the residents as long as they get their dues. DO NOT BUY OR RENT HERE!!! read more

Horrible management. I cannot emphasize enough how bad it is when it comes to things breaking or neighbors causing problems. Trash is constantly disgusting and piled up, cars are parked all over the road. No one is ever in the office or answers phones or emails and if they do it takes several days to get back to you. Disappointing considering when the original Kimberly managed this property she was great and didn't put up with BS like this manager does. If you move here just plan on having horrible management that doesn't communicate with you or help you with anything. Not recommended at all. read more

We also went to view an apartment during office hours and no one was there. There was no number or time when they could be reached. Garbage was also over flowing from the garbage area. read more

Perfect military friendly housing. You get what you pay for. I don't mind paying the rent for all wood flooring and new appliances and an awesome kitchen. It's small but it's an apartment. Love not paying pet rent. There's always parking. Yes the walls are kind of thin and you can hear your neighbors but again, it's an apartment living situation. Makes life entertaining. Getting ahold of Kim (manager) has never been an issue and she quickly and effectively solved the one issue we had with particularly crazy neighbors. Close enough to freeways to get to the base/tacoma. No complaints. I'll miss it when we have to move. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about renting at Trio. Amanda is responsive and professional, friendly and always available. It's well maintained and all my issues have been swiftly resolved. I don't know what was happening before, sounds like drama, but that is not the case now. I highly recommend Trio. read more

Moved in during October now & definitely love it here. You get what you pay for & my new appliances & nice wood floors along with nice clean washer and dryers is definitely worth every penny. Can't complain too much about my neighbors because it is Condo/apartment settings so it's inevitable. LOVE Kimberly, she's always been super nice & helpful. This was my boyfriend & I's first move & first apartment so I really appreciate when I can get really nice service. My only complaint, is I really wish they would upgrade the gym here. It's just your standard ellipticals & treadmill with one weight machine. A sauna would be so nice too! Overall, definitely plan on staying here & so happy we were lucky enough to get a room!! :) read more
