I had an appointment here recently and unfortunately did not have the best experience. Before the…read moreappointment, I clearly explained what I wanted and let him know my budget, which was $215. The appointment took quite a while, and when it was finished, the result wasn't really what I had asked for. I tried to overlook it at first, but I was already feeling disappointed. Toward the end, he mentioned that he was very busy and might not have time to fully style my hair. I understand being busy, but as a paying client, I expected the full service and not to feel rushed. The ending felt hurried, and I didn't feel like the attention to detail was there. On top of that, I was told the total was $230 instead of the $215 we discussed. It felt overpriced compared to what we had agreed on, and I ended up needing my dad to come help me with the payment situation. Overall, I just wish there had been better communication, clearer pricing, and more care taken with the final result.
