When I bought the coach I asked to make sure the roof had been inspected and sealed if required. I used the coach twice in the following two months. I went up on the roof to check my satellite system and felt a soft spot in the roof. . I called my salesman Chuck Woodruff who had the service manger call me. They asked me to bring the coach in the next day and they would take a look. As they told me if this had been found the first two weeks no questions asked. However, after two months they would have to take a look and see what repairs were needed. I took the coach to them and they made sure to fit me into a very busy repair shop and delivery prep. They repaired the roof, luan board, and insulation at no cost to me and took care of a couple of lights that didn't work. Thank you for not finding a way to disappoint me and instead stepping up and solving my issue!!

I have all paperwork confirming if the inspection noted major faults or multiple unsatisfactory problems my deposit would be refunded. Of course now I have to pull all my proofs and get a lawyer involved because this is rv dealers conduct business. I will be notifying the BBB and inspector so he knows how this dealer is acting now that the deposit is on their side.

FALSE: Both my wife and I work at home full time, have video security, and no one ever showed up. I was rescheduled for today, July 8, 2020. Again, no show, no text, no followup. I got a call from the woman in the office that the owner, Jamie, showed up at the house, knocked and no one answered. FALSE. Again, both of us were home all day. I called the "missed number" on my phone (which came up as unlisted/unknown..... you'd think they'd have enough sense to make sure that their business phone numbers were lined up with their business name!) and was connected with Jamie, the owner. I asked him when he was at my house today, and he relied that has never been to my house. I asked him why the woman keeps telling me he was there and he said he doesn't know but he tried calling me and I "didn't pick up the line". I told him I was probably in the bathroom and I asked him why he didn't leave a message or text me............ and this was his reply: Jamie: "I'm like Comcast. If you have an appointment and I call and you don't pick up the line, I don't show up." I told him that was pretty poor practice, not leaving a message, texting, or anything. The conversation devolved, and I take 50% responsibility for that. However, I am the frustrated customer who was NO SHOWED twice so I think I had a legitimate complaint. So Jamie said that he's actually happy I called him because "now he knows he doesn't want to do my repair anyway". Pretty sorry in my opinion. Well, at least now you readers and I know about my ill fated experience with Jamie and RV "Fast Fix"........ The service tech, Aaron, told me the entire water heater had to be replaced and it was the only option. He even said they were doing the repair "in favor of me." I was charged over $1,500. After the repair, I received the Lippert warranty report on March 6th, which shows the issue only required two specific parts -- FLOW SENSOR 2GWH-24 (#2022107584) and WATER PIPE ASSEMBLY NEW STYLE 2GWH-19A (#2022107579) -- not a full replacement. I spoke with Operations Manager Hunter, who gathered information from me and from Rose at Gulf Stream Coach warranty, but since then all calls go to voicemail and there has been no attempt to resolve the issue. I am a single mother living in my RV with my one-year-old with Down syndrome, and being charged thousands for a repair that was not necessary has been extremely stressful. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before allowing this location to work on your RV.
