It was pretty easy to figure out their material costs were, so the hourly came out to $600, which is off the charts crazy. I liked them initially, but the juice ain't worth the squeeze at $600 an hour.

Dan saw the house and listened to our concerns. He came back with a list of things to clean, including our shed, deck, front brick steps and the four walls of the house. Cleaning was a fraction of re-shingling the house and the place looks amazing! I had a concern that the shed, which is not in the heat of conditions as it turns 15 this spring, would not hold up to a power washing. Dan said that they had a soft pressure system that they would use on it to ensure it wasn't damaged. I really appreciated how he listened to what we had to say, and then his actions backed up his statements.
