Their tree service experts can think on their feet and suggest very creative solutions to unique problems. In my case, I was out of town at the time of the required tree service and the trees are not easily accessible. Almost every other tree service provider indicated they had to wait till I came back to perform the work. Jesus Luna from Cristian Luna Tree Services proposed a very creative solution that would allow the work to be done within a couple days instead of waiting for me to return in 2 weeks. We were very thankful they were able to get her scheduled for the removal so soon after the consultation/quote appointment. Some other companies my brother-in-law called informed him they didn't have availabilities for removal until March! JC's confirmed mom's old tree needed to go ASAP as it was at risk for breaking. The crew arrived a bit late the day of the removal but we understood there could have been some complications with another earlier job. We felt terrible that they rushed without even taking a lunch break first. The workers were all very polite & they work FAST!! There was one period of about one week in which we were unable to contact Mr. Aguillar; he would not respond to voice or text messages to his cell phone.
