About 4 months ago things started to change. He was no longer reliable, truthful, or dependable. I discovered that he was lying about cutting different properties and was always filled with hundreds of excuses. Meanwhile, he then tells me he got a big mowing job at the VA. Well, I am happy for him, but you don't just kick your good customers that pay within an hour of the property being completed to the curb. His communication skills are totally absent, and you constantly have to run after him. When he starts making excuses, you need to cut him loose. There are many lawn care people out there that are dying for the jobs and the work. Find one of them and give them your business. Dwayne doesn't care. I was confused why they would transfer me to Angi's list if they wanted me to book their business. Angi rep had no info on my project request and I had to share my info again. Now I realized that the first person was a scammer that was data-mining. A few weeks later, and I'm filing for identity theft. I received a credit ding because someone else is applying for new cards under my name. I should've verified the company more before contacting them, but that's the danger of the internet I suppose!
