Since I last placed items in the unit, I have been unable to reach these people and it was before my father passed away in frigging 2015!! You read that right! OVER 11 years! The ONLY reason I continue with their units is because I live out of state and I can't run to this place all of the time bc it takes planning, itinerary, accommodations. Rest assured, as soon as is possible, ill take my belongings and never use this place again. They dont even send receipts by text or email(its not a huge nationwide place but a tiny, (compared to uhaul or another big box store placel) lot with units squashed together, so I honestly dont know if ive been paying for something no longer there or if they've moved, changed addresses.

Over the years I have rented dozen of storage units and have always put out poison regardless if the storage company did any type of rodent control or not! Easier to be safe than sorry. I have found the owners to very nice and accommodating! My dad passed away and we got an offer on his house so when we needed a place to store a house full of furniture in a hurry, they went above and beyond to help us out! I would recommend Hall's in a heartbeat.
