This created unnecessary inconvenience and made it difficult to plan around their visits. Their billing practices are equally disappointing. They nickel and dime customers with various added fees including fuel surcharges on top of propane pick up charges. When I finally decided to cancel my account, I was hit with a $175 close-out fee, along with additional vague "surcharges" and late fees. It felt excessive and poorly justified. Even after cancellation, it took nearly a month for them to pick up the tank- despite multiple calls requesting removal. The lack of responsiveness was extremely frustrating. Customer service has noticeably declined. When Sandy was a receptionist, interaction were professional, efficient, and pleasant. Since her departure, the experience has gone downhill. The current receptionist has been rude, unaccomodating, and difficult to work with, which only added to the overall negative experience. Overall, this company lacks reliability, transparency, and consistent customer service.

But one thing I do come here for is refilling propane tanks for the BBQ or outdoor stove. It's super convenient location and they take car of everything. Just pull up to the big propane refilling tank and go in and let them know and someone will be right out to do the refill. It's not like I refill propane all the time like I get gas, so I don't care if the price might not be the cheapest in town, it's just easy to do the refill here. The rest of the station is nice and clean and in working order. They take all the normal credit cards here ... or even money if you have that. The store has all the road foods you might want, though priced higher than Walmart. So, if you need a refill on your propane tank, this is the place to go in Red Bluff.

This morning they were going to charge me or , of course, I could get gas. I only needed air this morning and had no money with me. So I left without the needed air. I have been a regular customer for years!!!!. I went to speedway on main and asked and The said sure and turned it right on. NO problem. They also had hot drinks on sale for 99 cents any size and cold drinks on sale any size. I will not be back at valero. I have just switched gas stations!!!! I charged 99 cents on the stupid charge card.

Wow, seem like some people have problems with this self storage place. Me, I had none. I moved to Red Bluff and need to store some stuff I didn't have room for till I had a real place to stay. No, I didn't try to live inside the storage unit, that's just what people do on TV! The whole process was easy and hitch free. Easy rental agreement, you know, like don't store explosives in here and stuff like that. Bring you own big ass lock and your stuff will be safe. Easy access when you need and when you're done, just give notice and clean out the unit and no probs. Yes, the non climate controlled units can get hot in the summers , so note that as to what you store. It get to 110+F here in Red Bluff in the summer. No pics, cause what's to see, it's a storage unit with a roll up door. Lots of sizes available, unless they're all rented, ya better call.
