I informed Brenden that I was looking for a powered wheelchair, or scooter and that I had Medicare with supplemental insurance. Brendon informed me that they did not accept Medicare or any type of insurance. Even after bring to his attention that their website stated that Medicare was accepted and the website went into great detail how to apply for coverage and approval. Brendon again said they did not accept insurance as payment, so our conversation ended. I then called the toll free 800 number thinking that the Largo, FL location was possibly a independent seller, but to my surprise the toll free line was answered by, you get it, Brendon. I suggested to Brendon that maybe they should update the website. He did take my name and phone number and stated he would give it to his boss. I doubt that I will hear from the "boss."

Today, while we were running errands, I got her to stop in again with the intention of buying. Paul remembered my grandmother and her needs from her last visit. He was extremely patient with all of our questions and explained the differences between the models that she was interested in. They have a nice sized showroom with many scooters to choose from, according to need. My grandmother was able to completely try out the scooters she was interested in and compare them. After my grandmother decided on a scooter and had paid for it, Paul took us out and showed us the best way to take the scooter apart and place it into the back of my grandmothers vehicle.
