The prices are really great! Once I made my reservation online, the owner, Paul, called me since I wasn't sure where the meeting place was. He was full of suggestions of where to take the scooter and super helpful. My husband was the driver so Paul gave him some directions and pointers on driving to start. We had a great time driving around Snell Isle and the old North East. We even made our way up to Sawgrass Park which was beautiful! And I'm a Floridian! The drive up to the park can be intimidating because you are driving on main roads but we really had no trouble. We decided to walk around the park so we parked the scooter and as we walked away, the scooter fell on the ground. We called Paul as soon as it happened and he tried trouble shooting with us to figure out what happened. We must not have had the kickstand fully vertical when we parked even though it looked vertical. When we called, Paul was more concerned that it was going to ruin our trip out more than he was concerned about the scooter! When we got back to the meeting place, Paul was gracious and kind in estimating the damage. We agreed upon a price for the damage and Paul was generous enough to credit us that same amount for a future scooter ride. We really couldn't have asked for a better outcome and experience overall. We will certainly be back to rent the next time we're in St. Pete!

I purchased a scooter on 4/22/23 for $1298, but only had $1200 so "they offered" to allow me to pay the remainder $98 when I returned for my first oil change. Well, my first oil change never came because on 4/23/23 (30 hours later) I was struck by a car and the scooter was destroyed, for which I informed Florida Powersports of the incident. On 5/16/23 I returned to Florida Powersports to purchase another scooter and during the payment transaction Wally "reminded" me that I still owed $98 from the balanced on the wrecked scooter; and I acknowledged him. Once I returned home after completing the purchase I realized Wally charged me $1398. So, I called up there to inquire about the price and Wally pretended to not be able to hear me and hung up. So, the next day I went there and asked Wally when did they go up on their prices for the scooters, and why didn't he inform me of the price difference. Wally says, I always charge $1398 for them. I couldn't help but ask, "if you always charge $1398 then why when I purchased my first scooter did you charge me $1298?" Wally says, "I guess "he" gave you a good deal." (LOL, Wally was the one who told me the price of the scooters the first time I went there). So I couldn't help but call him an F...ing liar (yes, too his face). Needless to say, they did not ask for the $98 at the first oil change, but they did sabotage my bike because all of a sudden i am having troubles with it starting, it's revving high and now it doesn't even work. It will start but will NOT accelerate. WTF is the scooter a P.O.S OR IS FLORIDA POWERSPORTS? You decide. This Place is a joke, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING, YOU'LL REGRET IT....

I got lucky and was able to book 3 bikes on the same day, just 2 hours before we wanted to go on a bike ride. I received a confirmation email and we were all set! We arrived at Clearwater Beach at 4pm on a Saturday, so you can imagine the parking situation would not be the best but we were able to find parking within a 1-2 minute walking distance! When we arrived at Clearwater Beach Scooter and Bike Rentals the gentleman who took care of us was so friendly and helpful. It was only a matter of 5-10 minutes at most and we were off on our bike ride. The bikes themselves looked great and handled nicely as well. 100% recommend!
