Even over heard the workers saying that doesn't make sense. They put on her spare for her. It took for a man to bring her car back the next morning for them to agree to give her a new tire for a discounted price. In my opinion, this is still bad service. She was never offered the road side assistance so that if something happens to the tire she would be able to get a new one at no charge. Big points for that (especially since I'm a female, every time I go to get an oil change someone tries to tell me my "incinerator is low on fluid" or the "tarbinator needs to be replaced" not knowing I have extensive knowledge of my car and what it does and doesn't need and that they are pulling this crap out of thin air).
