As soon as you pull up, you go through the automatic washer situation - while sitting in it! So fun! So colorful! Then, you can vacuum your car yourself for free once you pay. The attendants touch the screen and swipe your card for you so you don't have to reach out of your car. Super helpful for short people like me. They also provide free towels. I haven't used their vacuums yet, but I'm sure they're fine. I'll update my review if they don't work well for me.
