There is only one guy I prefer to talk to when I walk in he's extremely professional but anyone else seems like there dad paid someone to give them a job! One day I walked in and they all had hover boards that they were skating around in the small shop. I asked for a new top and the guy tried selling me a more expensive model. When I asked if it came in a different color than rainbow he told me if I bought this one that would help them to order the black ones. Now how would this help me if I wanted the black one... If I were the franchise owner I would watch my shop a bit closer because it just feels like a teen hangout rather than a business.
