She was going on about how the other lady at the other rental place talked all the time and wouldn't stop what she was doing to take care of customers. When the lady came with the keys she was mad then she yelled about the way I parked. I was told by one lady to back up. I did back up to the front door then The lady who was very angry yelled at me and told me to drive onto the back because there was already someone back there with my chairs at the bay. How rude? All I was doing was there to pick up 20 rental chairs that I had already paid for. It wasn't my fault they didn't have the keys to open right away. And it wasn't my fault that I follow directions and then was yelled at for following those directions to further inconvenience me to drive to the Back Bay. How unprofessional!
