She was excellent in handling all the airfare, cruise staterooms, handicap/ADA assistance for my mom and all airport/cruise/hotel private transfers! Everything she did went flawlessly! There were a few unforeseen/unplanned issues at airport transfers/handicap issues but I'd hire Diana to put correct and she would! If you ever want an excellent travel agent Diana is the one! Bit of background on me- I met Diana and her husband on a recent cruise and exchanged info just in case but usually I book cruises myself (this is the 30th) and Mom wanted a heavy Adratic cruise and I wasn't finding much.. I remember Diana and reached out to her- she found several options in a day and followed through given all my requests. Diana follows through and is always super attentive and delivers!

!!BEWARE!! I had a horrible experience working with Amy Thomasson. She requested payment of $600…read moremore than a month before she did anything. Then she sent me a "placeholder" itinerary that was not personalized and was just a bunch of redundant information not pertaining to me. She sent concepts for hotels, but the information was difficult to read and the items sent were overpriced. I assume she sends out the same form letter type itinerary with the same information to every one of her clients. It felt like prying information from her trying to get answers, then she stated only does flights and hotels. Everything else was up to me, which was not disclosed up front. After expressing our concerns and clarifying what we needed, Amy decided to discontinue working with us but only offered a partial refund, requesting Venmo information. I should have seen the red flags when she told me that another client was angry and not happy with her service. I wanted to believe that was just a one time occurrence, but boy was I wrong!!! I still have not received a full refund. After researching, I've learned a travel agent should not be charging you upfront as they get commission from all hotels and flights they book. Our stress level was through the roof working with her, she basically wants you to do all the work. Not the fun experience we thought we were going to get. I want to make sure nobody else goes through the same horrible experience as I did.
