Once I started getting fed up with his lack knowledge of the case, his continuous concessions to my ex-wife during the case and me paying him close to 3K a month I confronted him in an email .....he proceeded to tell me to find another attorney. I panicked and apologized because I didn't know better. This continued for two more months of the same crap representation. I finally got the balls to see 3 other lawyers to possibly take over and all three said Zittell was not representing me correctly and that if you're not a HIGH Income client Zittell puts you at the bottom of the priority list which was obviously the case here. So once I replaced Zittell with a lawyer that gave a crap about my case do you think I was done with Zittell? Nope. He walks into my lawyer a few weeks later telling him that I still owe him another $2,600 !!!! WTF The 25K with zero results wasn't good enough for Zittell? Needless to say I blew off paying him the balance at that time because I was paying for a new lawyer, rent, utilities in 2 locations etc....what did Zittell do next? Lein my house that was for sale !!!! The guy is a complete tool and the State BAR will be paying him a visit real soon.
