My husband lost his job and unfortunately we had to get Medicaid for my son. I tried to make his follow up appt, but when they found out he was on Medicaid I got the biggest run around...he needs a referal, no he doesn't...we don't take Medicaid, yes, we take medicaid, the dr's office needs to call with a referal and make the appt, no, you don't need a referal...after over a week of dealing with them and several hours on the phone, I called and ask "do you guys prefer NOT to take Medicaid patients, Because all I'm getting is a run around?!"...she said "yes, we have many Medicaid patients, let me talk with Stephanie" long story shorter, Stephanie called his dr, got a verbal referal and made his appt right then....I'm pretty sure had I not ask about the Medicaid, we'd still be trying to make him an appt.

Paige said there would be a little bit of a spicy feeling but my husband said he felt fine and it never burned. So that was great. We were told to try to leave the cream on as long as possible, so he did. He went to wash it off today and that's when we took everything out of the bag & learned that we did not get everything. Instructions say to apply retinol crème complex packet which he wasn't given. He was given an ice pack, that he didn't need. Also given a blue box of I believe the hydration crème. So at this point I feel like treatment isn't even going to work & what a waste of $300 when it's not done correctly. Beyond disappointed! I tried calling the clinic and no answer because it's a Saturday of course. Smh

From desk to the estheticians, they're just nice! I've primarily worked with Anna and she's been great! She's always very thorough in explaining all of the processes and what to expect once I leave the office. The downtown location is super convenient for those of us who live & work downtown and the building is easy to find with front and back door access. The office is on the first floor so you don't have to navigate all over the building. TIP: Check their Instagram for specials - that's what brought me in originally. TIP: There are 3 free parking spots behind the building, you just have to know where to look! Or else, you can find a meter spot on the street. If you've ever been curious about skincare options or injectables, I would definitely recommend that you take a look at this office. Lots of options to try and great staff to explain it all to you!

I visited Dr…read more Dukes in August of 2021 for back pain from a prior accident, seeking x rays and a diagnosis. Initially, Dr. Dukes was very friendly and we started to go over my prior medical history before we went over the x ray results. She asked me a question regarding the Covid-19 vaccine, which I have not received. When Dr. Dukes became aware of me being unvaccinated, she got up, opened the door, and stood in the hallway. Her friendly personality did a 180 and she began to bash me, saying "You're the reason why so many people are dying", "its all because of people like you", "I will not sign you up for in person therapy since you are unvaccinated" and much more. Keep in mind that we were both wearing n95 masks the entire time. After arguing through the doorway for a few minutes, she closed the door and sent in an assistant to reschedule the meeting via Zoom. I declined and made my out of the office. This was, by far, the least professional interaction I've had with anyone in my life. Would never recommend anyone to Dr. Heather Dukes or her office.
