Paige said there would be a little bit of a spicy feeling but my husband said he felt fine and it never burned. So that was great. We were told to try to leave the cream on as long as possible, so he did. He went to wash it off today and that's when we took everything out of the bag & learned that we did not get everything. Instructions say to apply retinol crème complex packet which he wasn't given. He was given an ice pack, that he didn't need. Also given a blue box of I believe the hydration crème. So at this point I feel like treatment isn't even going to work & what a waste of $300 when it's not done correctly. Beyond disappointed! I tried calling the clinic and no answer because it's a Saturday of course. Smh

From desk to the estheticians, they're just nice! I've primarily worked with Anna and she's been great! She's always very thorough in explaining all of the processes and what to expect once I leave the office. The downtown location is super convenient for those of us who live & work downtown and the building is easy to find with front and back door access. The office is on the first floor so you don't have to navigate all over the building. TIP: Check their Instagram for specials - that's what brought me in originally. TIP: There are 3 free parking spots behind the building, you just have to know where to look! Or else, you can find a meter spot on the street. If you've ever been curious about skincare options or injectables, I would definitely recommend that you take a look at this office. Lots of options to try and great staff to explain it all to you!

I would strongly urge checking other places. After a negative experience at the DCSI MediSpa years ago, I thought I would try them again after having had good experiences somewhere else but kind of far away. I regret having tried the MediSpa again. One treatment I had was all right. The other treatment I had went badly and the aesthetician took no responsibility for it at all and made a lot of illogical statements that made me question her judgment/understanding of what she's doing. I'll return to my old place and have learned my lesson to steer clear of the DCSI MediSpa.
