They also left marker stains on my walls in 2 areas and didn't complete putting up the millwork in my kitchen, even though we paid extra for that. We started having issues with the floor coming up less than a year later. Now there is at least a dozen places where we are having issues with the floor. We have called to complain and see if we could get it fixed multiple times and were told we have been put on a waitlist. This was over 8 months ago and have heard nothing from them since. It has gotten to the point that we are going to have to get new floors again, less than 2 years after the install. Tried to go the the BBB and turns out they're not BBB Accredited.

He failed to finish the job we paid him…read moreto do, was often late, rarely ever kept us in the know on our project, and even threatened to put a lean our home (by making up charges that he had already been paid for) after we filed a complaint against him with the BBB. We had to do all the move-in clean up after the construction crews ourselves. We have also had to finish many of the remaining repairs and unfinished work ourselves. One last piece of advice, don't sign their corrupt contracts. They grossly benefit the builders allowing them the do as they wish with your project and your only recourse is to spend tens of thousands of dollars in arbitration. As a combat veteran I would much rather do another tour in Iraq than have to ever build a home with Blair Construction again. Horrible experience.

Rachel's new design was amazing and she walked us through the process. She made the overwhelming decisions of a remodel so manageable. We enjoyed the functionality and the aesthetics of this project and in April 2021, a realtor friend contacted me with potential buyers. (We were thinking about listing it down the road--maybe a year or so from now, but it was not listed at the time.) We had an offer less than two days after the realtor saw the house and the morning after the buyers saw it. It was a cute little house, but the kitchen is what sold it.
