He also charged more for the chandelier installation than the amount we had discussed. After reviewing the invoice, I asked my husband why the price was higher. That's when we realized the fifth fan had never been installed. My husband contacted Zack about returning to complete the job, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, he received a rude and disrespectful response. I also reached out myself and never received a reply. To make matters worse, one of the decorative pieces from the chandelier installation has already fallen, and despite multiple attempts to contact him, we have received no response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Zack. Failing to complete the agreed-upon work, charging more than expected, and then refusing to respond when issues arise is unacceptable.
