I contacted them for shower work and they were able to come by my home the next day to view the problem. The staff member was very nice, but I didn't feel like the options for me were completely expressed. It could be that it was all they could do, but after getting a second opinion from another company, I had relief that I didn't go with them. Comparable to the other company I went with, the other company did what they could to help me at the time and offered me an option that would be less stress in the long run (the options Best Care offered were still doable ones, but they would be more of a headache). I appreciated the effort the other company put into the initial consult, and I tried to ask Best Care about other things we could do but they were pretty firm. Also, the consult fee for Best Care was almost twice as much. I don't think you shouldn't go with this company, but I just believe they weren't for me.

No AI answering but a real human being on the phone. I explained my situation and he was able to get to me the same afternoon. Michael Hill did a fantastic job fixing my AC although he will have to return with a part that was not available on Friday. I rate this experience a 5+ star. I was offered options in the repair and he did not try to over charge. Additionally, he was very respectful in how he spoke to me and followed up the next day with a phone call to ensure that the system was working. Yes, I HIGHLY recommend Hill Tech and plan to use them when I have electrical work done.

Tim asked me to send pictures of my shower door assembly to remove. I sent the pictures to him. In a couple of days he sent me an estimate by Email of his price to do the job. I was satisfied and had him book me. In a couple days he showed up as promised, went into the garage to check the doors for proper fit. He was satisfied and began the project. He finished the job in one day, to include the clean up. He had worked professionally. Holding an occasional conversation with Tim he answered my questions knowledgeable and showed courtesy to me. Tim.tan into a problem. Lowe's had ordered a door which did open on one side. That was the way this one was. I thought I had to order another one. Tim told me he would try to adapt it to open only proper side. He did indeed to exchange opening side. If he hadn't accomplished to do this, I would have to order. another door. The exchange time had past. This was a very expensive door. Even though he had to make the wrong door fit perfectly, we were completely impressed with the out of his expertise.
