I had her print on three different styles (see pictures attached) The tops needed a different screens: XS to L was a certain size then we sized up a tad for the XL to 4XL. The sizing she recommended was spot on. My graphic designer that also sells her own printed apparel was very please with the end product. Overall I am extremely pleased with Eva's professionalism and I am looking forward to hiring her again. I spent thousands of dollars with these guys. On the first order, they printed double of 1 design and none of another. I was then told that the makeup order would be ubered to my location on the same day and it never was. This was merch I was intending to sell. On another order I was told it would be ready on Saturday. I follow up on Saturday and then told that they were just working on the order and would deliver half via uber immediately and the other half later in the evening. The 1st half did arrive, several hours later and other half?....I was asked to pick up the next day after chasing the owner for a status. You have a better chance reaching the President of the US than the owner of the company. Once the 3rd order was a failure and I called him out on never meeting his own deadlines, I was told "I DON'T WORK FOR YOU." Really? Then who's being held accountable when I spend thousands of dollars and receiving crappy service? On top of that items in several shipments were missing and defective. If you don't keep your word in business, you have no business. That's the bottom line with this company. Overpromise on everything and NEVER deliver.
