AVOID at all costs. The owner of this company quoted me a very good rate for printing 84 tshirts. I gave him the logo and everything seemed fine. He insisted on a check instead of credit card so I obliged (terrible decision). He then started the nightmare by calling me and telling me I needed to pay extra because the logo was more difficult then it seemed. I reluctantly agreed. 1 hour later he called me back and said nevermind the extra charge. When the shirts arrived, there was bleeding ink, spots everywhere, color fading, wrong shirt sizes, etc. He blatantly admitted to the fact that they were bad, proffering the excuses: 1. he had a new employee do them 2. they were done quickly so that he could make me happy by getting them to me quickly 3. he didn't want to use his "automatic machine" because he had already told his employee to use the manual press I asked him to correct the shirts and he refused. He said a refund was out of the question. I personally went to his office (which is in a hot dog car warehouse in Brooklyn) to try to show him the errors. He said he would correct some, and then shipped me back a box full of the shirts, without a single correction made. I am now stuck with terrible shirts that look like a 4 year old made while learning to use a screen press. I am also down $530 dollars. He now refuses to answer my repeated emails for a refund, or AT LEAST correction of the blotched items. read more

First off, he(Simon) sold me mis-sized hoodies, meaning the larges were mediums, the mediums were smalls, etc. 18 out of the 50 hoodies I ordered had multiple printing flaws that were completely unacceptable; and out of the 32 that were passable, he was too cheap to give them an additional pass through the screen so my white logo came out dark and grey. After all his misrepresentation, mistakes, excuses and lack of any quality control, he actually said, "but they're good enough" then followed it up with "I'll touch them up"....how exactly???? I had to a sell all of his "good enough" hoodies at a discount and I didn't even turn a profit. I would never suggest anyone do business with On time printing...unless you're alright with "good enough" when promoting yourselves and/or your businesses. read more

I needed 150 t-shirts done for my students' sports team for various sizes. I have had gotten some competitive pricing from vendors outside of NY, however I wanted to stay local for convenience and to support local businesses. On-time printing gave me the closest price to the vendors from out of state, but the quality was really bad comparing to all the t-shirts I have seen being done at my work. I work at a NYC public school with over 4000 kids, and we get a lot of t-shirts done. So, I am used to seeing different types of custom printed t-shirts. This particular job had bleeding inks and only one coat of ink on most shirts. White ink on black t-shirt is very noticeable when the ink is very light. It looks like the inks are breaking apart with a very rough surface. Just within a few days, people were complaining that the imprint was coming off. Second, the price he quotes does not include artwork, which requires another $80. Luckily, I had some students who was good with Adobe Illustrator. I would not go back. However, if you are going with this vendor, don't ask for a price-match and make sure you see a sample of your work in person before okaying the production. He accepts check only. read more

Very fast and easy to work with. Turnover from design submission to completed product was less than 24 hours. Excellent product, and high quality printing. Prices are reasonable, and their extensive online catalogue was a breath of fresh air, compared to other places I researched. I'd say the experience was more like 4. 5 stars, because their website is sorely in need of an update as their online prices are not correct, and the business doesn't have a sign on Guernsey street, so it took me awhile to find them to pick my order up. The bottom line is that I plan to use them again, and the experience was a good one. I recommend them highly. read more
