All the amenities are behind schedule and NOBODY communicates, parking wasn't thought out, our downstairs neighbor must be a schizo- because him "hearing" a leak has resulted in management entering our unit with no notice multiple times, cutting out walls and violating what little privacy renters DO have. We also haven't gotten our electric bills still- and yes while I get it's a new system- I don't recall signing up to be Roers guinea pig. I went from thinking so highly of Roers to the absolute opposite within 3-4mos? I wouldn't recommend- in fact I will absolutely steer anyone I know who may consider this place. Oh, also, we never get updates on the timeline of things, but funny to hear them giving the run down to prospects/new tenants. Roers does not have staff that know how to communicate with their residents.
